Terms of Service

General

• Please read my terms of service thoroughly before requesting.
• When requesting, please provide visual reference(s). Even a quick doodle is a good start!
• Please tell me what expression(s) and pose(s) you want.
• I cannot draw furry, mecha or gore.
• NSFW is okay!
• Do not request anything offensive (racism, sexism, LGBTphobia, etc...).
• I have the right to decline requests.

Wait Time

• Depending on the complexity of your request, I may take up to two months to complete your order.
• If I do not complete your order on time, you will be eligible for a full refund.

Refining

• I will regularly update you to get your approval before going further. You get to ask for changes with every corresponding update.
• Once you gave your approval, big modifications will be charged. (eg: If I am sending you an update for the colors and you ask me to alter them, it will be free. However, if you ask me to change the pose that you already agreed on, you will be charged.)

Communication

• Please keep our conversation in one place. Whether Instagram, Bluesky or email, please stick to it. This helps me stay organized.
• Be responsive. I cannot progress on your order unless I have your approval. Being unresponsive will result in longer wait times.
• If I have no answer from you in a whole month, I will consider the order cancelled. No refund will be issued.

Pricing

• NSFW adds 20% of the original price.
• Before I start working, I will take a 50% deposit. The remaining amount will be payed once the sketch has been approved.

Refunds

• If you cancel your order, you will not be refunded. Please be 100% sure before ordering.
• If I am the one who cancels your order, you will receive a full refund, including the deposit.
• Similarly, if I fail to meet the deadline, you will receive a refund.

Authorized Use

• Please credit me wherever the art is used (eg: tweet caption, Twitch panels, Youtube about page...).
• You may not use my art for merch, monetized streaming, or anything generating revenue. If you want to use it for commercial purposes, please tell me when requesting and I will adjust the pricing.
•Do not resell or redistribute.
• Do not use for AI training or mint as an NFT.
• I keep all rights to the art, and may use it for promotional purposes (such as in a portfolio).

My name is Soleil Sukali (he/him). I'm an artist who sometimes works on a dating sim called Fun Times Dates.I like vibrant, colorful art. My goal is to showcase characters experiencing love in all its shapes and forms.
I do both original art and fanart. My main inspirations are Vocaloid and Haikyuu!!.
